Functional Fit focuses on exercises that mimic everyday movements — pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, and carrying. Using TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and battle ropes, you'll develop strength that translates directly to real-life activities.

Unlike isolated machine exercises, functional training engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, improving coordination, balance, and core stability. This approach reduces injury risk and enhances athletic performance across all sports.

Each class features creative circuit-based workouts with constant variety — no two sessions are the same. Perfect for those who get bored with repetitive gym routines.

What to Expect

Mobility Warm-Up (8 min)

Joint mobilization, animal flows, and movement prep to unlock full range of motion.

Circuit Training (30 min)

5–6 station circuits with diverse equipment. Work-rest intervals with partner challenges.

Team Challenge (7 min)

Collaborative finisher — carry relays, sled pushes, or timed team competitions.

Cool-Down (5 min)

Stretching and foam rolling targeting the muscle groups worked in the session.
