HIIT Blitz is our most popular cardio class, combining plyometrics, kettlebells, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises into explosive intervals. Each round pushes you to your limits, followed by active recovery periods that keep your heart rate elevated.

The result? An afterburn effect (EPOC) that keeps your metabolism firing hours after you leave the gym. Studies show HIIT can burn up to 30% more calories than traditional cardio in the same timeframe.

Every class is different — our coaches rotate exercises weekly to prevent plateaus and keep your body guessing. Modifications are always available, making this class truly accessible for all fitness levels.

What to Expect

Warm-Up (5 min)

Light cardio and dynamic movements to elevate heart rate and prepare for intensity.

Work Intervals (30 min)

6–8 stations with 40-second work / 20-second rest intervals. 3 full rounds with 1-minute breaks.

Finisher (7 min)

A final burnout challenge — partner relay, AMRAP, or team relay to push your limits.

Cool-Down (3 min)

Guided breathing and stretching to bring heart rate down and begin recovery.
