Our Strength & Power class is the cornerstone of the APEX training experience. Using barbells, dumbbells, and state-of-the-art machines, you'll follow scientifically-designed progressive overload protocols to build muscle, increase raw strength, and improve your overall physical performance.

Each session is structured around compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press — with accessory work tailored to your goals. Our coaches ensure proper form and technique to maximize gains and minimize injury risk.

Whether you're a seasoned lifter looking to break through plateaus or an intermediate trainee ready to take your strength to the next level, this class delivers results.

What to Expect

Warm-Up (10 min)

Dynamic stretching and activation exercises to prepare your muscles and joints for heavy lifting.

Main Lifts (30 min)

Focus on 2–3 compound movements with progressive loading. Coaches guide form and spotting.

Accessories (15 min)

Isolation and supplementary exercises targeting weak points and muscle balance.

Cool-Down (5 min)

Static stretching and foam rolling to promote recovery and reduce soreness.
