How do I reset my APEX App password?

Open the APEX App, tap "Sign In," then select "Forgot Password." Enter the email associated with your account and follow the instructions in the reset email. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I freeze my membership temporarily?

Yes! Pro and Elite members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year at no additional cost. Basic members can freeze for up to 1 month. Visit your nearest location's front desk or call (800) 555-APEX to process a freeze.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a valid photo ID, comfortable workout attire, athletic shoes (clean indoor shoes recommended), a water bottle, and a towel. Locks are available for purchase at the front desk, or bring your own padlock for the day-use lockers.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance through the APEX App or website. Elite members get 48-hour early access to booking. Classes fill up fast, so we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak-hour sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. To cancel, provide 30 days written notice via email at [email protected] or visit your home location's front desk. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer a student or military discount?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount on all membership tiers for active military, veterans, first responders, and full-time students with valid ID. Contact your local APEX location or call (800) 555-APEX to apply the discount to your account.

How do I report a facility issue?

If you notice equipment that needs maintenance or a facility concern, please notify a staff member immediately or report it through the APEX App under "Report an Issue." Our maintenance team aims to address all reports within 24 hours.
