Kickboxing Fury takes combat fitness to the next level by combining punches, kicks, knees, and elbows into fluid combinations. Drawing from Muay Thai, Karate, and traditional kickboxing, this class delivers an unparalleled full-body workout.

You'll develop explosive lower-body power through roundhouse kicks and front kicks, while upper-body combinations build speed and coordination. Core engagement is constant as you rotate through strikes and defensive movements.

Our coaches break down technique for safety and effectiveness, offering progressions for every level. Bag work and partner pad drills keep the energy high and the results real.

What to Expect

Dynamic Warm-Up (8 min)

Shadow kickboxing, footwork drills, and hip mobility to prepare for kicking movements.

Coach-led combinations mixing punches and kicks. Focus on form, power, and timing.

Bag Rounds (25 min)

Timed rounds on heavy bags with increasing intensity. Mixed with conditioning bursts.
