Each ride is choreographed to playlists curated by our instructors, alternating between high-resistance hill climbs, explosive speed intervals, and rhythmic endurance pushes. The result is a low-impact, high-calorie-burn workout that's easy on joints but tough on fat.

What to Expect

Bike Setup (3 min)

Instructors help you set up your bike height, seat position, and handlebar distance for optimal form.

Warm-Up Ride (5 min)

Easy-paced cycling to warm up legs and get your rhythm with the music.

Main Ride (32 min)

Alternating intervals: hill climbs, sprints, standing runs, and endurance pushes synced to music.
